Hi Me and our family are evicted as of 6/07we went down to welfare to get help but were denied for rental asst. I just gave birth to a baby girl 5lbs 7oz . we went to court 3/20/07 and the judge had no heart and didnt want to hear my side of the story we broke our lease because i married in 4/06 to my husban of 12 years and we live in subsidizehousing and my landloard told me since my husban has a drug record back from 1990 he cant be put on the lease so i still let him stay any way cause we are in love and have two kids. so the judge said it was violating the lease. we have no help! im out on medical leave and he cant find a full time job just part time at the press. Unhappy, you can go to a Crone an dental. They go by your income. I live in N.J to its where students are doing there intership. Call 411 and ask for NewJersey Crone And Dental.. or call 211 help line.. good luck

Please!! Help!! Where can we get housing in New Jersey. We have no where to live as of 6/07 we got evicted 3/27/07 how can a judge throw kids and a mom on the streets where is the help for kids !!!
